Breast and genital surgery is no longer taboo, with many women choosing procedures for corrective and aesthetic reasons to enhance their lives.

Dr Mark Kohout is a fully trained plastic surgeon with 18 years experience. He completed his training in Great Britain, the United States and Australia. Dr Kohout is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS) and a member of the Australian Society of Plastic Surgeons.

Whilst training in Great Britain, Dr Kohout earned fellowships to two prestigious surgical colleges. He later spent a year conducting research in microsurgery, earning a Master of Surgery degree from Melbourne University. After training as a plastic surgeon, Dr Kohout took specialty training at Harvard Medical School in maxillofacial surgery.

In 2009 Dr Kohout opened his own practice, which is currently located on Sydney’s Broadway.

Dr Kohout has lectured in plastic surgery at international meetings and published scientific papers in the field. He also regularly contributes to The Australian Cosmetic Surgery Magazine and other publications. Dr Kohout has appeared on several TV programmes and documentaries about plastic surgery.
